We were born from the desire to make research faster and cheaper by utilising the best of the latest technology to automate data capture, analysis and charting.

We are partially owned by Lewers Research, one of Australia’s leading market research companies, headed by Anne-Marie Moir, winner of the Esomar Research Effectiveness Award 2019 and short listed for BT Research Agency of the year, 2019.
Anne-Marie Moir
Founder & CEO
Anne-Marie has been a market researcher for 25 years, with a speciality in qualitative research.
She has conducted over a 1,000 focus groups and depth interviews and countless online research studies during her career.
Anne-Marie was the winner of the 2018 Esomar Innovation Award for her paper: “Can AI play a role in analysis of qualitative research?”. She has presented at international market research conferences on the topics of innovation, AI and market research.
Anne-Marie began her career as an MRSA Trainee in 1993. She has been an Associate Director at Sweeney Research and a Senior Researcher at The Key Response, as well as at Frontline Research in the UK. In this time she has worked across a wide range of industries, and is particularly adept at retail, FMCG, brand development and positioning, new product development, and advertising research. Anne-Marie established her own qualitative agency, Consumer Behaviour, in 2012. Her clients included Dan Murphy’s, Australia Post, L & H, and a range of medium sized businesses and brands.
